Our Concierge Service offers white-glove uploading and artwork listing support to give you the opportunity to benefit from the most effective selling options and increase visibility for your artworks.

Our specialists can batch upload 400 of your new works at one time, opt these or older works that you already have uploaded in your CMS into Buy Now and Make Offer with secure checkout and add artwork categories for increased discoverability.

Services

Batch Uploads: The Concierge Team can upload 400 of your works at once on your behalf. 

• The minimum information required for a Batch Upload is high resolution images associated with artist names.
• Beyond artist name and image, you may add as much information as you wish (size, year, signature type etc.). The more information you can add, the higher the likelihood of sales.
• This service also allows you to upload works that you wish to list as Buy Now and/or Make Offer.
• There is a 10 business day turnaround for every 400 works.

Buy Now and Make Offer opt-ins: The Concierge Team can opt your works into Buy Now and/or Make Offer with secure checkout for you. Adding Buy Now and Make Offre improves your likelihood of sale by 4x.

• Your account executive will send you a spreadsheet with the necessary metadata needed in order to publish your artworks with Buy Now and/or Make Offer. This includes shipping information.
• There is a 10 business day turnaround for every 400 works.

Public Pricing / Price Range opt-ins: The Concierge Team can ensure you have visible prices or price ranges, so collectors can transact seamlessly with your works. Public Pricing improves your likelihood of sales by 6x.
