How do I add works to my fair booth?
You will need to log-in to CMS (http://cms.artsy.net/) using your email address provided by Artsy.
First, open the show and click the Artworks tab at the top of the page. Within the Artworks tab, click the “Add Works to this Show” button highlighted here in purple. A new window will pop up, where you can search for existing artworks in your CMS or upload new artworks.
To search for existing artworks, type in an artist’s name or specific artwork title and the system will return the most closely related results. Select those works by clicking the checkbox to the right. You may continue to search for additional artworks—your selections will persist even when entering other search criteria. Click “Done” in the bottom right-hand corner of the window once you have finished making your selections to save them to the show.
Clicking on the “Upload New Artworks” button will take you through the process outlined in the Uploading Artworks article.
