Enable Two-Factor Authentication for log-ins
Two-factor authentication is an important security feature that can protect your log-ins, especially for systems like Artsy CMS. When you enable it, you add an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a one-time security code generated by an app or sent to you via SMS to be submitted each time you log in. Review How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
Important note: Two-factor authentication is required for CMS access. For any questions on two-factor authentication please reach out to Partnersupport@artsy.net
Do not share sensitive information via email or in your Artsy Conversations
Sensitive information includes your credit card information, user name, password, or birthday. Artsy will not ask you to provide this information by email.
When logging in, always check the URL
Spammers may attempt to steal or ‘phish’ your username and password by imitating a trusted site. Hover your mouse over links in emails to see where they really lead. Check the URL of the site you are logging into and make sure it doesn’t look suspicious. All Artsy login pages contain the URL “artsy.net."
Tell us if you see something suspicious
If you see a suspicious inquiry, please email trust@artsy.net to report suspicious users.
Our team is dedicated to keeping your Artsy account safe. If you have any questions regarding security at Artsy, please feel free to reach out to our dedicated team at trust@artsy.net.
