Note: Users and contacts are different. Users have CMS access, whereas contacts receive inquiry notifications. Managing your gallery's users and contacts is a good idea if there have been staff changes. If you'd like to edit your contacts, read this guide.
This article will provide instructions on how to add a new user to your gallery.
You can add a new user using the following steps:
Fill out your information and click “Sign Up” here:
Fill out the short questionnaire that will appear next:
Once you‘ve successfully made a new user account, please reach out to Artsy‘s Partner Support (click on the chat icon in the bottom right of this article or email firstname.lastname@example.org) for Artsy to grant the new user account access to your gallery‘s CMS. This step cannot be done manually.
