The faster you respond to an inquiry, the more likely it is to result in a sale. If no one else will be handling Artsy inquiries while you’re away, consider writing an email response template letting collectors know when you will be back and able to fully respond to their requests. Many email providers will allow you to create templates or save canned responses.
