Connect with serious collectors with new, enhanced inquiries on the Artsy iOS app. Inquiries and artwork listing pages now include new features designed to guide conversations towards a sale and reveal key collector information, giving you—and the buyer—the confidence to transact.

Galleries can engage in meaningful conversations with serious collectors, and also efficiently:

• Address the collector’s key questions, allowing for a more direct, tailored experience for both buyer and seller.
• Confirm the collector’s location and provide an accurate shipping quote up front.
• Communicate information about artworks and close sales with more confidence than ever before.

Structured conversations

Collectors will be guided during the inquiry to ask key questions and input important information, like their shipping address, helping you close the sale faster.

Dynamic calls to action

Inquiry button text will be tailored to the artwork’s availability and price. Inquiries on artworks for sale will be directed towards a purchase, while others will continue to start an open-ended conversation between you and the collector, making the buying process clearer. 

This feature is included in all plans with the existing “contact gallery” listing option included.
