Confirm That You Are Set Up to Receive Inquiries
To receive inquiries, you must be a gallery contact. Review your gallery contacts and change permissions or add a new one, if necessary.
Check Your Spam Folder
Your email provider likely has a spam folder. While spam folders are very helpful, sometimes inquiries can end up here on accident. We recommend checking all spam folders to make sure.

Add Artsy to Your Whitelist
In order to help ensure the delivery of emails to your inbox, you can add certain senders to your email’s “whitelist.” This will ensure they are always received. We recommend whitelisting all emails ending in “@reply.artsy.net.”
