Why can’t I see the prices of my artworks?
It is possible that the “Hide Artwork Prices” setting is turned on. To turn this off, click on the settings cog, located in the upper lefthand corner. Select “Presentation Mode Settings,” then toggle the option “Hide Artwork Prices” to “OFF.” Alternatively, you can turn off Presentation Mode by toggling the Presentation Mode switch to “OFF.” When you turn Presentation Mode back on, your prices will be hidden again.
Folio quits when I try to sync with CMS. How can I stop this from happening?
Make sure your iPad has enough space to host all of your artworks. You can review your space usage in Settings > General > Usage > Manage Storage.

I see a blank landing page or grey artwork thumbnails instead of my artwork images. How can I fix this?
When syncing with minimal internet, you may see a blank landing page or grey artwork thumbnails. Ensure you have a strong internet connection and then resync with CMS to properly load your artwork images.
Why doesn’t my correct “from” email address show up in the emails?
The “from” address in an email created in Folio will default to the default address set up for your iPhone or iPad. If you click the email address in the “from” box, you will be given the option to switch to another account that is set up on your Apple device. You can also change your default email by going to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Default Account.
How can I send an email with artworks by multiple artists?
To send an email with artworks by multiple artists, first, create an album containing the desired artworks. Once you have created the album, click the email icon at the top right of the album page to compose your email. For instructions on how to create an album containing works by multiple artists, follow the instructions in the Creating an Album article.
An email I sent from Folio has not been delivered. Why did this happen?
Check your Apple Mail outbox to see if the email was sent. Emails from Folio are sent through Apple Mail and may remain in your outbox if you do not have a strong enough internet connection.
