Use this guide to learn how to update or change your credit card information on Artsy. You can change your billing information at any time. All Artsy accounts must have a valid credit card attached to them.
Note: Partners who joined Artsy, or whose subscription renewed, after February 19, 2021 will need to reach out to billing@artsy.net or their Account Manager to update their billing information.
Note: To meet the obligations for organizations that process personal data in the EU and in compliance with the GDPR, we are unable to update your credit card information on your behalf.
Method 1: Artsy CMS
Step 1
Log into your CMS.
Step 2
Click on the account Account tab and navigate to Account Billing.
Note: If you haven't already, you will be prompted to Confirm Your Subscription.
Step 3
Click the “+Add Card” button.
Step 4
Enter your billing information to the appropriate fields.
Step 5
Click “Save and Continue.” You may also mark this card as your default card by clicking the “Select as Default” button.
Method 2: Subscriptions Portal
Step 1
Visit subscriptions.artsy.net. (You may be prompted to log in using your CMS credentials.)
Step 2
Click the “+Add Card” button.
Step 3
Enter your billing information to the appropriate fields.
Step 4
Click ”Save and Continue.” You may also mark this card as your default card by clicking the “Select as Default” button.
