Changing Your Account Password

Note: To meet the obligations for organizations that process personal data in the EU and in compliance with the GDPR, we are no longer able to change account passwords on your behalf.

Note: If you have forgotten your password and would like to reset it, visit artsy.net/forgot.

This guide will explain how to reset your Artsy account password.

Step 1

Visit artsy.net/user/edit.

Step 2

Scroll down to Password. Click on Create New Password

Step 3

Enter your current password, the new password you’d like to change it to, and then repeat that new password in the labeled fields. Please note password requirements stipulate that passwords include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one digit.

Step 4

Click “Save Changes.”
