In this guide, you will learn how to reset your Artsy account password. Visit www.artsy.net/forgot and enter your account email address in the field provided.
Then, click on “Send me reset instructions.” Navigate to your email and check your inbox. You will receive an email similar to this:
Click on “Change my password.”
You'll be directed to a page similar to the below. Enter your new password and then confirm your new password. Passwords are to include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one digit.
To complete the process, click “Change My Password.”
On the iOS app
- Once logged in, click on the person icon on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
- Select "Account" under "Account Settings"
- Select "Change Password"
- Enter Current Password
- Enter your new password and reenter to confirm your password
- Once done, click "Save" in the top right corner of your screen
