Linking a Viewing Room to a Show or Fair Booth

This guide will walk you through how to link a Viewing Room to a Show or Fair Booth in CMS.

Linking a Viewing Room is a great way to display the works in your Show or Fair Booth in a richer setting. Artsy Viewing Rooms do not allow the same filter and sort capabilities, but offer richer storytelling capabilities in the form of additional images and a written statement.

To get started, click on the ‘Shows & Fairs’ tab in the sidebar on the left side of the page. 

Click on your Show and select ‘Edit Details’.

Scroll down to ‘Link Viewing Room’ and select your chosen Viewing Room from the drop down list.

Click ‘Save Changes’.
